# 일본 직업분류 직결표 v1 · Japan Occupation Direct Crosswalk v1

일본 총무성이 2009년 12월 통계기준으로 설정한 일본표준직업분류(JSCO, 총무성 고시 제555호)의 소분류 328개(분류 불능 999 제외)를 **직업 마스터 1,016**에 ISCO-08을 거치지 않고 직접 연결한 대응표입니다. 직업 마스터는 O\*NET® 31.0 Database의 O\*NET-SOC 코드 1,016개(O\*NET-SOC 2019 분류체계)입니다. 일본 고유 기타직업은 v1 에 없습니다.

The 328 minor groups of the Japan Standard Occupational Classification (JSCO), set as a statistical standard in December 2009 by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) Notification No. 555 (excluding 999, not classifiable), are linked directly, not via ISCO-08, to an occupation master of 1,016 nodes: the 1,016 O\*NET-SOC codes in the O\*NET® 31.0 Database (O\*NET-SOC 2019 taxonomy). Relations follow the definitions of the ESCO–O\*NET crosswalk (2022) and always read from the O\*NET-SOC side. Three AI judges worked independently: two Anthropic Claude runs using different evidence, and one OpenAI Codex run. A link is `confirmed` when the third judge took part and a majority held, `provisional` when it rests on the two Claude runs (or on a second-round review applied to them) without a third-judge majority, and `reviewed` when the operator checked it. **698 of the 1,619 links (43%) are provisional.** **This is AI Changing Work's judgment mapping. It is not a correspondence from MIC or from USDOL/ETA.** This version contains O\*NET-SOC to JSCO links only.

`confirmed` = 세 번째 판단자(Codex)가 판정했고 과반이 일치, `provisional` = Codex 과반 없이 Claude 두 판단자(또는 그에 적용한 2차 판정)에 근거, `reviewed` = AI Changing Work 운영자가 건별로 확인해 승인. 잠정 연결은 Codex를 포함한 과반 일치가 없는 연결입니다. Codex가 판정하지 않았거나, 판정했지만 Codex를 포함한 과반에 이르지 못했습니다. 확정 연결만 쓰려면 status 열을 confirmed·reviewed로 거르십시오.

**v1 의 범위**: O\*NET-SOC 와 JSCO 사이의 연결만 싣습니다. 일본 노동정책연구·연수기구(JILPT)의 직업정보 사이트 job tag 의 직업 ID·직업명, job tag 직업과 JSCO 의 대응은 싣지 않았습니다.
