1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Email address — if you subscribed to our email newsletter or job alerts. New subscriptions closed in September 2026.
  • Job interest preferences — occupations a subscriber chose to follow for change notifications, stored with their email address. No longer collected.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages requested (including pages your browser loads in advance for links shown on screen), access times
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy for details)
  • Device information: device type, screen resolution, language preference

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not require account registration
  • We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or payment information
  • We do not collect sensitive personal data (race, religion, health, sexual orientation, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Email newsletter: it has ended, and no further newsletter emails will be sent. Addresses still on the subscriber list are kept only until they are deleted (see Data Retention).
  • Analyze website usage (legitimate interest)
  • Improve our service (legitimate interest)

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

  • Email addresses of subscribers, including those who unsubscribed, with the job interest preferences saved with them and our record of which emails were sent to them: the newsletter has ended, and these records are being deleted. You can ask us to delete yours before that is complete. Unsubscribing does not by itself delete the address.
