- -사업체의 사업내용, 거래실적, 설비규모, 자본금 및 사채발행 현황 등과 같은 자산구성, 경영자의 능력 및 동종업계의 현황과 전망 등을 조사·검토한다.
- -수집된 자료와 조사내용을 정리하고 회보서(조회보고서)를 작성하여 의뢰인에게 제출한다.
