Duties
- -제품의 특성을 고려하여 검사 방법을 결정하고 검사 일정 등 검사 계획을 수립한다.
- -수립된 계획에 따라 관련 장비를 준비하고 설치한다.
- -검사 절차에 따라 요구되는 방사선투과검사, 초음파탐상검사, 자기탐상검사, 침투탐상검사, 와전류탐상검사, 누설검사를 실시한다.
- -각각의 검사 장비에 나타난 초음파의 음향임피던스, 와전류의 변화, 자분의 집속, 결함 등을 읽고 분석한다.
- -소재의 특성 및 구조물의 안전성 및 신뢰성 등을 평가한다.
- -합격 또는 불합격 여부를 포함하여 검사결과 보고서를 작성하고 보고한다.
- -결과물을 의뢰인에게 제출한다.
- -검사 장비를 안전하게 관리한다.
