- -고급인력알선업체(해드헌팅업체)에서는 보통 중견 간부급이상과 전문경영인, 고급 기술자 등 고급인력을 대상으로 하며, 공개적인 모집보다는 비밀리에 대상인력 선정에서부터 평가 및 알선까지 조사를 거쳐 이루어진다.
